This book is about mental health struggles, eating disorders, family and friendship issues. The first section of the book includes four poems about anorexia and the struggles that come with that disorder. The second section has three poems about friendship struggles, fallouts and accepting - while the third section, includes two poems - about family issues and fights. The next two poems are a bit different: one is about the current situation in America, while the second one is more about love and not feeling good enough. The final poem is a testemony to how I'm doing now and how life is like, having overcome some of the hardest parts of this story.
