A tale of saving a river, survival, and the continuing friendship between two river otters, Flash and Fancy... In part two, the adventures of Flash and Fancy continue to unfold on Sandy Island, South Carolina and then progress into the Waccamaw River. The otters discover something ominous that threatens the animals and plant life that depend on the river for survival.
