These concise instructions were originally intended for readers of the first edition of "Renegade Mystic: The Pursuit of Spiritual Freedom Through Consciousness Exploration," and have since been included in the second edition. However, anybody interested in learning how to have lucid dreams and out of body experiences will appreciate this set of step-by-step instructions and advice based on the author's personal experiences. This book is brief and to the point, absent of any fluff, conversation, or anecdotes. Some of the techniques are universal, and found in many other books.
