Nightmares and Beautiful Things

A man commits suicide and leaves behind a young mother and their six-month-old daughter, Anna. In the wake of her grief, the young mother tells her sleeping child a story. Ten years later, the story left Anna with a special gift: The ability to see where something important will happen and the choice to face those obstacles head on, or not. Nightmares and Beautiful Things follows Anna and her four siblings through a childhood filled with magic and trauma, dealing with the grey areas between love and abuse.
