Little Devil is a young monster living with his family in an isolated castle in the woods. He is lonely and wants to meet the people of the town but is also nervous he won't be accepted for being different. One day he gets an invitation to a big Halloween fair in town. The temptation to go is too strong for Little Devil, Halloween is his favorite holiday and this way he can get to enjoy the fair and still hide himself from the town people. He decides it's worth the risk. Although all covered in a costume he can't help but be himself and cause some chaos at the fair. Afraid of being judged and shunned by the crowd makes him very sad but he learns there are kind people out there. He learns that people are afraid sometimes of what they don't understand but there are good people out there willing to give you a chance.
