This newly engorged and pumped-up folio of sheer bollox brings together outstanding funeral-related crap-fests, and includes short stories, poetry, anecdotes and original artwork by the author all of which are included to better highlight a chaotic funeral 'universe'. Taken from newspapers, online annals and personal accounts from around the world, the stories retold reveal the bruised and battered underbelly of an unregulated and (sometimes) half-arsed profession in mourning; a profession which until only very recently, at least in the UK, was able to conduct its sensitive operations with absolute secrecy, and protect its anonymity with a whole bunch of net curtains.
