It is a collection of leadership lessons from a 30 year career in the U.S. Air Force. The book tells stories of the author's leadership experiences, then explains how those experiences apply to everyday leadership challenges. The stories run the gamut from brain tumors to ice cream - and even a little critter called a dhub dhub.
