Midori Matsumoto

CEO of Miross Institute, Inc.



After graduating from university, Midori Matsumoto worked at an advertising agency, handling planning, production, and producing. She created many hit projects by turning clients’ lives into narratives, and also produced several restaurants. Through various life experiences, she came to feel that a sustainable cycle of human society and true abundance exist completely beyond the frameworks of conventional concepts of time-space and common sense, produced by traditional ways of thinking.



In 1999, she met Rossco, who had discovered a new thought style capable of fundamentally resetting the source of human problems, and they married in 2001. Together, they conducted joint research to make practical use of that discovery, successfully developing the Miross system, which anyone can utilize in their daily lives. To ensure accurate usage by many, they established the Miross Research Institute, Inc. and started operating a school in 2007. So far, the System has influenced over 120,000 lives. This unprecedented theory with numerous research achievements earned recognition for its reproducibility, obtaining patents in the United States and China. As a technology enabling anyone to consciously create their own life as they wish- a long-sought human aspiration-it has brought revolutionary changes to Miross experiencers’ lives.



After Rossco’s passing in 2018, she became CEO of Miross Institute, Inc. and now leads successors in producing a new era’s culture of happiness.



Born in Tokyo, she resides in Kobe City.
