Education for Mental Health Awareness,Mindfulness isn’t just relaxation but it creates MetaAwareness. It’s the emotional intelligence, wisdom we can create and intentionally use for mental and physical health.Meta Awareness not only makes people mentally stable but leads every single individual to understand who they truly are and manifest the purpose of their own life.The core of mindfulness is intentionally place awareness to our presence in an objective way exploring how it feels, what happens, how powerful it can be for mental and brain health practice by practice.This book gives people enough information about why we suffer from mental health issues, how mindfulness helps improve mental health, why people meditate, the formula of coexisting with all negativities and positivities in more like an easygoing way so that they can educate themselves and create their own Meta Awareness, equanimity, and real mental wellbeing. Based on the whole my experiences about resilience from mental health break down without medicine throughout mediation retreat at monasteries in Thailand, Myanmar and a lot of research on mental and physical health ever since I came back to my real life.
