As part of a pilot program, a college fraternity has been established in Tokyo, Japan, with all of the brothers being from rich, powerful families. After gang raping a coed, frat brothers find her dead in the bathtub, apparently from a suicide, but then the brothers become trapped in the frat house and begin to be killed by both living and dead victims of their great grandfathers, who terrorized Japan, during the occupation years, after World War II.
