Three years ago (I WANT TO DIE), a sadistic loner, Samuel, fulfilled his fantasies by bonding and showing compassion to people, who had grown tired of this world and wanted to commit suicide, but...they wanted someone to hold their hand and make a suicide pact. Samuel made numerous suicide pacts, but he always either helped or forced the other person to commit suicide, while Samuel filmed the scene. Detectives believed that they were close, when Samuel convinced a young woman to go to Mexico, in order for the two of them to commit suicide, but once again, Samuel chose to rape and kill the young woman, staging it as yet another suicide, and then escaping. Now, Samuel, bored with suicide pacts and having advanced his training, is a Medical Assistant in a Retirement Center, where he is once again lending an ear to depressed people, with the sole intent of watching them die whether they want to or...not.
