あらすじ
Hold It In is a first person drama/self-help book. This story is centered on a man that is struggling with multiple problems in his life. His emotions are getting the best of him and he is finding it harder and harder to hold them in. The fear of being ridiculed for his emotionality is tormenting him and making him feel even worse than when it started. With the help of an unknown person, he tries to better himself. After a while, it seems like all else is failing and he is slowly spiraling downward, and things start to get worse and worse. In the blink of an eye, his life goes from good, to even worse than before. His unknown helper continues to try and guide him through his darkest moments. But the more that the unknown assistance tries to help, the more it seems like nothing is helping the situation. In the story he tries to better himself in various ways, but his efforts keep coming up a little bit short of success. He loses his job, along with his will to keep trying to make things better. His pain is literally killing him from the inside out - eating away at him in the process.
