Documenting how the political, economic, and social policy changes of the last decade of the 20th century have both helped and harmed different segments of Canadian society, these narratives represent a diverse group of races, abilities, Languages, sexual orientations, and Aboriginal statuses based on 40 households` income levels, sources of income, household structures, and genders.
