This is the sixth edition of the second book in a series, and ties in gravitational-inertial radiative and inductive effects with the authors' Neo-Newtonian Mechanics. We go into Heaviside-Jefimenko gravity theory by generalizing it to experimental work of Harvey Morgan, H. W. Wallace, and V. N. Samohvalov. And our work shines light on some famous mechanical speculations of Ernst Mach such as especially his criticism of Newton's water bucket experiment.
