My main goal of writing this book is to help anyone walk into a gym feeling confident that they know what to do and how to do it-to give them the confidence to succeed and take out the fear and intimidation of going into a big gym. I also want people to understand the "what" and "why" of their training program-to give them the tools they need to create their own training program, and to help them continue to improve on their fitness no matter what their goals are.
