Author Deborah Grant, an American businesswoman and global citizen who was born and raised in Japan, embarks on an exercise to transform the frustration she felt the day she discovered that Facebook, when going public in May of 2012, announced they had seven men on the board of directors--and not one single woman. Part memoir, part essay, and part call to action, her desire to have many more women in positions of leadership is written with the notion that women and men are always all in this together as we continue to move forward in the ongoing, ever evolving, best expression of our humanity. This is a timely reflection upon how women at all levels of business can come together to take a leap forward and gain more seats of power at the top of corporations and organizations across the United States and the world.
