The intrepid Charles of Where the Wind Blows returns, but now he's finally found a home: Austin, Texas. Just a few years before, he didn't even know what a Longhorn was; now he's in love with the University of Texas, with all it has to offer, and especially with one beautiful Longhorn in particular. Little did Charles know, the journey from Ghana was the easy part.
