A collection of modern poetry, prose and vignettes reflecting love, loss, life, laughter, advice, anecdotes, short stories and recollections. I have been writing all of my life, in one form or another. From my childhood on a typical council estate in South-West London, through my early career in the Armed Forces (British Army) and my time serving overseas, on to places, faces and spaces I have seen and been. I have been moved to write of my experiences of love and loss, laughter and happiness, sadness and tears. Sometimes apologetic, sometimes angry, sometimes overflowing with senses, but always grounded in the realities that are... life. My work may resonate with some more than others - however, I am certain that there is a piece that reflects you in these pages. All you have to do is take a look inside!
