'Escape from Nowhere Island' is a gripping tale about three children who sneak out on their parents' motor boat during a storm,and get marooned on this island that they dub "Nowhere Island",as it's in the middle of nowhere,in the Atlantic Ocean.The children discover that they're not alone on this supposedly deserted island,as they run into a hermit that's also marooned on the island,who shows the children how to survive on this island.The children have to fight man-eating plants,giant,man-eating snakes,and monsters that dwell in quick-sand traps,and of course,they have to fight the meanest enemy of all,starvation,as they're forced to kill for their food each night. Eventually the children discover an old boat on the beach one day,so they climb in it,and sail out to sea,where they are picked up by the US Coast Guard,and are brought home to their parents and family,and they become instant celebrities,once they tell their tale of survival to the rest of the world.
