INSIDE THE BOOK It was a very sunny day, which was on monday. I was just done with Biology 101, i came out of the lecture hall walking down to the garage to board a cab to my hostel. The sun was so hot on my skin, you know how hot the campus sun can be. As it was the first day of resumption, many fresh students were taking pictures, laughing and so on, but all that didn't freak me at all as i had spent three years in the university before then, it is a long story i will still tell you. I kept on smiling as i walked past them. I was so hungry and dehydrated. As i stood in the garage waiting for a cab that was going to my hostel, i flashed back to the three years i had wasted. I was lost in thoughts until when someone approached me. "Hi, you must be a fresher", he said. Yes, i replied instantly. "I hope you didn't miss your way?" No, i am waiting for a cab going to the hostel, i said. "Oh! You live in the hostel?" He asked, and I nodded my head. "Come here", he said, like he wanted to direct to me to where i could get a cab. I followed him instantly. "So what faculty are you from?" He asked me. Faculty of medicine, i replied. "Wow! That's nice. What course?" Pharmacy, i said. I was expecting him to tell me his faculty but he didn't say anything. What faculty are you from? I asked him. "Faculty of Engineering", he said.
