This is a cooking term book made for pathway church community center which is in Port Neches, TX it was made to teach potluck cooking classes I put in every cooking term you could ever need I hope I didn't miss anything but I try to make the book as indepth as I possibly could this is a great book to have for novice and experienced chef all type of cooks will be able to approve I hope it maybe be a little rough on the organization for I try to put every term a cook could ever need in it finished in May 2024
