The book was written to investigate the well-being of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program beneficiaries in North Cotabato in terms of health and education. It determined the socio-demographic profile, economic condition, cultural factors, economic sufficiency, and social adequacy. It also determined the relationship between the socio-demographic characteristics and their well-being, the economic condition and their well-being, and the cultural factors and their well-being. Extension campaign materials are the output of the study. The socio-demographic characteristics of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries significantly influenced their total well-being. In the independent factors, the average annual expenditure of the beneficiaries was found to be the most significant predictor of their total well-being. The economic conditions of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries significantly influenced their total well-being. In the independent factors, the beneficiaries’ work was found to be the most significant predictor of their total well-being. Among the independent factors, the beneficiaries’ traditions and vices were found to be the most significant in their total well-being.
