The disorder known as Post Incarceration Syndrome (PICS), which affects numerous individuals who are now incarcerated or have recently been released, is caused by long periods of incarceration in severe environments with little opportunities for education, job training, or rehabilitation. This book is intended to assist persons suffering from PICS on their path to mental health.
