In 1973 Las Vegas a two-bit film producer meets a low-rent hustler peddling a raunchy home movie starring Hollywood's most famous blonde. What looks like easy money, though, sends them running from Vegas to Tinsel Town to Tijuana and ultimately to a dangerous man who will solve their problems one way or another.
