Though Presidents today are pre-empted from discussing this topic for National Security reasons, we have ample proof each of them are briefed on the topic to some extent.Each President was surrounded by a Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State. Records shows, these two positions under the Presidency were well informed of UFO intrusions of U.S. Air Space.
