. As Tilly Tinkertot and her friends come out of their first case, a group of young hoodlums calling themselves, "The Black Aces," hits Lake Blue Jay. The junior detectives are called in by Trinity Hudson, Owner/Manager of "The Palace" Department store after falling victim to, "The Black Aces." What follows is a series of mishaps that could only happen to the young detectives, Tilly Tinkertot and all her friends.
