A house sits deep in the hills of the Appalachian Mountains where the fog rolls in thick and the bobcat screams. This is a house like no other. Partially built in 1901, construction suddenly stopped. The house sat empty for decades. In 1938, my great, great uncle bought the house for my grandmother, and this is where my story begins. Something evil resides at 148 Westport Ave., something truly evil. Departure Films has made a documentary of the Westport Haunting, and it can be seen on TruTV in the Winter of 2008a2009.
