This is a children's book about gratitude. The story is about a little boy named Mauricio who, on Thanksgiving Day, feels that he has nothing to be thankful for. Months later while on vacation, Mauricio gets separated from his family and ends up lost in a little village. He spends months living in the little village in very poor conditions, and it is then that he learns to appreciate and be thankful for everything he had.
