Where Do We Go From Here? This is what many of us ask ourselves on a daily basis. With super computers in our pockets, we find ourselves distracted in a world of sensory overload. This is a recent phenomenon that can be baffling to many of us, feeling that there is "something" to keep up with in the media or even ability to learn anything at the snap of a finger with proper discipline. It is truly overwhelming giving very few moments of refuge for time with ourselves. Meditation has become a topic that has gained much ground and awareness, though many find their minds restless from the desire to meditate. I believe there is an answer, that can both concentrate the mind while giving the body an action and medium to interact with. "Where Do We Go From Here?" is a coloring book created out of the question that it asks, like... Really where do we go from here? with any single part of our lives. If you have depression, this book is for you. If you have Anxiety, this book is for you. This book took over a year to create, made all on paper with a #2 Pen, 5 of the images were made with a graphite pencil (50-55). This Coloring Book Holds 64 unique designs and each back side has an area for notes to be taken, mantras to be interpreted and a song that carries hidden meanings to each piece from the author's personal experiences.
