Bob Hill and Thad Grove, two miners, locate a little kid in the desert lodge of marauder Sonora Jack. The young lady, Marta, who has been hijacked by Jack, is taken by the men, who vainly endeavor to discover her folks. Marta develops to womanhood and begins to look all starry eyed at Hugh Edwards, a youthful criminal from equity. Edwards spares Natachee, an informed Indian, from the ravagings of a brigand pack, and consequently the thankful Indian shows Edwards the area of the "mine with the iron entryway," a covered up and very rich gold mine.
