When troublemaking mountaineer Fuzzy Lumpkins decides to attend Pokey Oaks Kindergarten in order to learn his letters, the Powerpuff Girls are dismayed, especially since their teacher, Ms. Keane, insists that they not break any school rules to stop his disruption.
