Dr. Nari Wexler is recruited to clone flawless blonde girls in a laboratory on a remote island in the Philippines. She removes eggs from three kidnapped Ukrainian girls and inserted goat genes into the genome to genetically modified the embryos so the cloned babies reach puberty in just sixteen months. However the first batch of cloned girls had an unintended genetic defect-the babies were born with cloven goat feet. Shocked by the outcome, the man bankrolling this project insisted the babies be discarded. But Nari has a change of heart and decides to help the goat-girls escape from the island. She built a raft to flee with the girls and then boards an old freighter which becomes adrift at sea. She and the girls then hitch a ride on a yacht, which she discovers is trafficking girls. Using her ex-military skills, she must kill several men in her quest to get the girls to Israel. Once there she convinces her cousin to come back to the island with her to free the other cloned girls being held captive. She and her cousin engage in fierce shootout with the security guards to rescue the girls. Nari's superhero antics create a thrilling, inspirational adventure in very exotic settings.
