"It Starts with Me - Into the Depths of My Soul: Catharsis" This is my story - the beginning of everything. I was born on a freezing Friday morning in late 1984, in a way that surprised everyone, especially my mother. Even though I don't remember that moment, she told me about it so many times that I feel like I do. She said it was peaceful, almost effortless, and that I came into this world quietly but with a strong sense of independence - something that would define me ever since. From a very young age, I was curious - deeply curious. I taught myself to read and write long before school, driven by something I can't quite explain even now. I didn't go to nursery or kindergarten, but I remember being fascinated by books, letters, and words. That hunger to know more never left me. But my early years weren't easy. I grew up with very little - often wearing borrowed clothes, attending school hungry, and feeling different from my classmates who seemed to have so much more. Still, I held onto my love for learning. It became my escape, my safe place. Some memories from that time still hurt. Moments of shame, humiliation, and even physical pain stayed with me - not because I want to dwell on them, but because they shaped me. I remember asking to go to the bathroom in first grade and being ignored until it was too late. I remember being punished for forgetting homework - hurt in a way no child should be. And I remember how no one stood up for me. I'm not sharing this to blame anyone. I'm sharing it to heal. Writing this is my way of making peace with the past, of freeing the little girl inside me who just wanted to be seen, heard, and loved. Through it all, I remained a good student, a curious soul, a quiet fighter. And now, I'm ready to go deeper - to bring the pain into the light and start again, from within. Because healing starts with me...
