The Eliminators of Zohan

あらすじ
Every thousand years, the God Planet Zohan awakens. Each time it appears, a world somewhere in the cosmos vanishes without a trace. Now, it’s Earth’s turn. In 1987, humanity launched a deep-space probe, a small, curious gesture meant to reach the stars. Twenty years later, that signal reached the wrong place. The probe brushed against Zohan’s hidden frequency, and what came back wasn’t an answer. It was a verdict. The Zohanic Council, disturbed by mankind’s obsession with war, nuclear fire, and dominance beyond its atmosphere, declared Earth an existential threat to cosmic order. Two beings were awakened from stasis to carry out the sentence: Seren Vale, the Voice of Ending, and Kael Auren, the Hand of Continuance. They are the Eliminators, agents of planetary correction. Their orders were simple: Land on Earth. Demand surrender of all orbital weapons. If refused, erase the species. Hidden deep within Mount Rushmore lies the weapon of erasure, a pre-engineered singularity that can consume a planet whole—a machine disguised as stone, waiting to awaken. But something went wrong. The Eliminators saw humanity not as a disease, but as a contradiction worth saving. When they hesitated, Zohan’s oversight protocol triggered: the weapon would activate automatically in 401 days. Now they are being hunted. Earth’s governments have decoded fragments of their signal, discovered the weapon’s location, and launched a global pursuit to stop, or seize, it. Satellites track their every step. Armies close in. Betrayal hides in every human face. What follows is a race through cities, deserts, and time itself—an apocalyptic chase to Mount Rushmore, where the heart of annihilation waits to be awakened. If Seren and Kael reach it first, they can shut it down and save humanity. If they fail, the planet will collapse into a vacuum, quiet, clean, erased. Two immortals. One weapon. Four hundred and one days to decide whether Earth deserves another sunrise.
