In this book I have only covered the spread of Christianity through Europe and then into the US. Many books could be written of the invasion of the rest of the world by Christians. As I was preparing the conclusion of the manuscript, Christianity in the US took a dramatic turn. The Conservative Christians attached themselves to a new saviour. Along came Trump.
