The book is all about how our romantic relationships are affected by the relationships we have as young people with our parents. Our upbringing, influences and what we are taught to be normalized in our everyday wake of life will determine our failures or successes in building relationships with the opposite sex. I was tired until I finally realized the reason I was getting involved with men of bad character is because I had "Daddy Issues." I was looking for the man who abandoned me as a child in the men I dated. Sadly these men had similar issues, they had no fathers and didn't like their mothers; they had "Mommy Issues." Learning this about myself helped me dig deeper into the soil and find the ugly truth many people are urged to keep buried. Most people like to lie about their painstaking reality! I wrote about my own and revealed the sole truth of my life's experience of how I developed Daddy Issues and how I identified with the men I encountered that suffered from Mommy Issues!!! This topic is an epidemic in every culture and yet so under discussed! I am calling it all out!
