Rainy is still living with the threats of Jack the Ghostman, even though he is incarcerated in a maximum security prison. He is still finding ways to wreak havoc on her and her ranch to include her animals. The local authorities are always called upon several times a week if not daily. He finds ways to get to her mentally and to fulfill his desire to run her off of the ranch and get rid of the animals that she rescued.
