Michael is a high school student searching for answers. Michael's search, accompanied by his friends, brings him to an occult bookstore. The owner of the bookstore, a man simply known as Julius, befriends Michael and gives Michael a book. Julius tells Michael the book has all the answers he is looking for. The book is a guide on how to perform astral projection. Michael becomes quite good on performing the techniques. In the astral plane field, Michael meets the spirit of a man who died in the 1920s. Shortly after Michael's meeting, his friends start dying off one by one. It then becomes a race against time for Michael to save his friends and his own eternal soul.
