This book is a manifesto. It explains the harmonising principle of Yin and Yang in all of the four hearts of humanity; the self, relationships, society and spirituality. It goes on to suggest a three spiral revolution, enabling human beings to synchronize, organize and then realize a new paradigm for humanity.
