"Here in this handbook lies my internal thought process in which enabled me to harness the energy of positivity..."My first publication was written during one of the hardest times in my life. I was recovering from the loss of loved ones, financial stability, & harsh judgment from the world. It was a period that was designed to break my spirit and mind. Dangers from unknown sources lurked behind every corner, distractions screamed from every window, & powerful forces stalked her every move. It was like a movie. Throughout our lifetime we all will have people label us with words that we feel are untrue or unfair, it is our duty to not be consumed by the negativity that is placed upon us. Everybody will experience times where they are disliked, disrespected, or insulted, however, we cannot let that ugliness affect our daily lives. We stay focused on what really matters like the love we do have, the people we have not lost, & the life inside of us that we still are blessed enough to wake up to. Life is hard, no doubt about that, but it can be filled with happiness we choose to never let the haters bring us down. This not a handbook saying "get over it" or attempting to place shame for sadness. It is simply a guide to keeping the strength in a world that was promised to be full of pain and struggle. Your feelings are valid and you have every right to cry when times get hard.I would even encourage to let it out, but when you are finished use those tools to change the negative energy around you into a positive one... Express your feelings always, but find a way to do it in a way that does not create even more negative energy that is already surrounding you. Anything is possible, know everything will be ok, & love without fear.
