Pelito is about kids playing outside, having fun, family and neighbors who are also friends. This first book written in English and Spanish title The Move introduces Pelito and his friends. Pelito is a kid that moves with his Dad, Mom, Brother and Sister from his Grandparents house to their own house in a new neighborhood. He meets neighbors who are also friends and are considered family that will join him in fun, games and adventures. The intention of Pelito is to get kids playing outside again. The pure joy to jump rope, ride a bike, or just make up games with friends outside is what I want to promote with kids these days.
