JAKE EDWARDS, a mid-twenties billionaire with a punk rocker alter ego, holds a murderous child-like vendetta against five Rock Video Judges for disparaging him and his mother on the music competition "IN YOUR FACE." Aided by his Mother and a surprise ally, Jake uses his many skills and finances to orchestrate the killing of these judges. LIEUTENANT MAX STONE surmises it is Jake who is committing the murders but cannot find evidence or witnesses. Confident in the glory of killing has Jake pumped up as he sets his site on Lieutenant Stone. All the murders are to be shot in a music video style format.
