How do all visitors-from-another-planet stories begin? They came in peace. Three years ago, Project Ovid, an initiative aimed at understanding the outcomes of merging alien and human DNA, emerged as a partnership between the US government and extraterrestrial visitors. The test subjects were all abandoned by their families and donated to science - or so they think. They have no names, no memories of their past, only their lives at the secret compound they now live in and the code names they've been given. However, one of the test subjects, Echo, has a recurring dream of a mysterious man that leaves her questioning her reality and in search of answers. As Project Ovid progresses, something doesn't sit right with the trainers. What was the end goal? Were the trainers and test subjects told lies?
