But note, the fundamentals of photography and how to use a camera in manual mode are not covered in this book. Everything in the book is based on my study and personal experience. There is no assurance that the circumstances will be the same on a subsequent trip. Unfortunately, the weather still depends on luck. No one can guarantee you will see the Northern Lights on your journey, not even with the best planning and preparation, but good luck because fate favors the prepared!
