The 'De Truffle' project was developed over two years by Alessi along with the International Alba White Truffle Fair featuring fifteen international designers involved in designing and developing a kit of items dedicated to the Alba White Truffle. The invited designers, whose projects are featured in this volume took on this challenge with a great complexity that did not affect only the functional and ergonomic aspects, but also the symbolic and analogous ones tied to the Langhe territory and to the dramaturgy of serving truffles on the table.00Exhibition: Palazzo Banca d'Alba, Italy (27.09. - 26.11.2017).
