The compelling story of killer Nurse Charles Cullen who murdered over 40 people during his 16 year nursing career at various hospitals and institutions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This unique novel provides both insight into the mind of serial killer Charles Cullen and the personal motivations that drove him to commit the murders and insight into the conspiracy of silence that enabled Cullen to go on murdering for over a 16 year period. The novel provides psychiatric insight into Cullen's state of mind from his childhood into adulthood where he becomes the most prolific serial killer in the history of the United States.
