"I'm happy when everyone else is happy" And other lies I told myself. It all start's with a shift... a shift of knowing. Which has led me on my personal journey. The shift has meant that things in my life will never be the same again. The shift is usually, in my experience a painful one. One of great growth, understanding, learning and surrender- leading to the transformation of lasting change. The shift is calling us loudly now and we know that its time - we can't even think of a logical reason or choice anymore- it's just something we have to do; no other options are available.
