ホラー映画監督の黒石光司（白石晃士）は助監督の市川美保（堀田真由）を引き連れて、実録映画の撮影のために山奥の家を訪れる。そこには黒石の映画のファンだという、精神錯乱気味の美女・三好麻里亜がいた。彼女は必死に訴える、「私が体験した出来事は、監督の映画の内容そのものなの」と。そして不気味な麻里亜の家で、黒石のカメラが思いもよらぬ現象を捉え始める。事態はより恐ろしく、不可解で危険な方向へと猛スピードで向かっていく。 次々と恐怖が迫りくる森の中、“スーパーボランティア”の男性に助けられ、さらにイケメン霊媒師も加わり、カメラは絶えず恐ろしい出来事を記録していく。麻里亜を救うため、そして傑作映画を作るため、撮影隊の冒険が始まる。 黒石のカメラが、恐ろしい出来事を撮り続ける、ノンストップ・ジェットコースター・ホラー・アドベンチャー。

HOLY @#$%! Sorry but that's the best way I can describe the feeling after watching this masterpiece. Shiraishi isn't joking in this show when the calls it a masterpiece. Although he is most known for making scary found footage, this show has a complete 50/50 with scares and comedy. It is absolutely funny. Every character is spot on with their realistic acting as though this is being recorded as an actual documentary. You are going to want this show to go on for more than 6 episodes. The best advice before watching this show is to watch the movie Cult 2013. I believe that because the character NEO is in both that movie and this show, that is it indeed a follow on from Cult and a continuation of that story. Anyway, if you are a Found Footage maniac, you would be crazy to miss that movie and this show.
