ウォルター・フレイジャー・ジュニア は、アメリカ合衆国・ジョージア州アトランタ出身の元プロバスケットボール選手。NBAのニューヨーク・ニックスとクリーブランド・キャバリアーズに在籍し、リーグを代表するポイントガードの一人として現役時代を過ごした。1996年にはNBA50周年を記念した「50人の偉大な選手」に選ばれた。更に2021年にも「75人の偉大な選手」に選出されている。愛称は「Clyde (クライド) 」。
