Typical entry, with all the familiar elements that made the series popular...Girls, guns, explosions. Pneumatic agents Smith and Marks are sent to Savage Beach to recover buried treasure. Strain again is the head of L.E.T.H A.L. Bad guy Obregon, looking like Erik the Phantom, is aided by sultry Westcott and a squad of (inept) ninjas. He was in the original and believed dead, but here he recounts the events of the original film and how he escaped. Both of the bad guys have confounding secrets. Slick entry has a twist ending and a theme song. Packed with luscious nude girls, this was shot in Shreveport and Hawaii.
